Chat Room Moderation

This chat will be moderated during the discussion of the topic.  All questions will go first to a moderator.  Relevant questions are forwarded to the doctor in the order a moderator receives them.  The doctor's answers will appear on your screen along with the questions.  You may ask a follow-up question.

Please allow time for the moderator to read the questions and send them to the doctor and for the doctor to read the questions and type the replies.    Not all questions and comments will be forwarded to the main room.  Your cooperation will be appreciated.
